Alex Miranda (Day of the Rope Tribute)
"This edit was made commemorating my section in the Senate team video - Day of the Rope, that was made about 15 years ago. I thought it would be cool to use the same song that Arlo chose for me back then. I've had the greatest times of my life blading, and plan to roll for as long as the body can handle."

Art – The Babysitter

Maybe you’ve noticed, but I’ve been on a roll with the arting lately.
Today I had to go up super early to finish up some last minute work that still lingered around from the workweek. And instead of heading back to bed once that was done, this happened.
I’m pretty tired as I write this, but if I go to bed now, it’ll be Monday when I wake up, and that’s not a very appealing sleep incentive.
Better to cram some enjoyment out of these last few hours of weekend.

Art – Skipping Stones
The other day I was doodling, but really wanting to be outside and doing summery things, aka “drinking beer”. Unfortunately it was raining at the time.
It might’ve been a tough choice between drinking inside or drawing, but luckily I’m somewhat of a multitasker.
Really though, this work started out as one of those rare (for me at least) unplanned dealios. If you’re an artist, or even just dabble in arting, you probably know what I’m talking about. It started out as a loose sketch that I had no plans to commit to, but then suddenly, almost without being conscious of the process, it was inked and colored.

i been reading a lot of reddit lately
i got no beef with atheism, i’m not crazy about what happens to religion once you involve flawed individuals with axes to grind
i’m just not sure what victory blow is struck for reasoned thought when someone’s aunt posts on facebook “thank god my surgery turned out okay” and the next post is “no, thank the doctors, you primate”

Hmm…where will our adventurers go from here? And what’s up with that eye? Doesn’t it know staring is rude? Come back Monday to see the next installment of our fantastic story.
Just a reminder, the pre-order period for the Wizard Magic t-shirt ends soon! Only five days left. I’m silkscreening them with glow in the dark ink. They’re gonna be reaaal special.

Equip your torso with a glow in the dark wizard t-shirt!

strip for May / 18 / 2012: Dracula High School

Dracula High School
If I was a Dracula I'd definitely take night classes at the Community College, not just because it is dark but because there's a larger number of potential victims that nobody would notice if they went missing.

Mercworks – Guest Strip
When Dave asked me for a guest strip I could not refuse, I’m a fan of his comic Mercworks.
Sadly his comic is currently not getting nearly the attention it deserves, so be sure to browse his archive, you might like it!
